Greg has been with the company over 16 years, serving in various Australian management positions before taking his current national role. Previously, as National Manager Customer Service, Greg was responsible for significant operational change, a high focus on customer service and creative pursuit of new growth opportunities.

Greg has extensive experience in designing and implementing tailored records management solutions for finance, government and health sectors. He has a long standing interest in best practice operations, practical logistics and individual performance management; whether in the client business or within Iron Mountain processes. Greg continues to actively shape and position Iron Mountain Australia as it grows through partnership and innovation with existing and new clients, strategic acquisitions and via organic growth.

Mac began with Iron Mountain in May 2006 when his data protection business, DigiGuard, became part of the Iron Mountain family. He now leads Data Protection Services for Iron Mountain in Australia and New Zealand. Mac spent ten years as a career Officer with the Australian Army, specialising in risk and training. Subsequently he operated a security and armoured-transport company in Papua New Guinea before returning to Melbourne to start his DigiGuard business. He has considerable IT experience and is a recognised expert in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity having consulted for a range of government and non government clients including Westpac, Amcor, Siemens and Hewlett Packard.

Mac is a Certified Business Continuity Professional with the Business Continuity Institute, London.


Marie Yip

Marie was appointed in May 2006 to establish an Australian based finance function for Iron Mountain Asia Pacific. Marie is a professional leader with over 17 years in responsible positions including finance, corporate treasury and accounting. Her diverse industry experiences include automotive, publishing, manufacturing and fast moving consumer goods. Previous senior roles included engagements in Australia and other Asia Pacific countries including Finance Controller Asia Pac for the world's leading heavy and light vehicle component maker. Marie has built a Melbourne based team that is both proficient and close knit. It fully supports the existing Iron Mountain businesses and is well positioned to assist planned expansion in the region.

In January 2007 Matt joined Iron Mountain to lead the HR function for Australia and New Zealand. As Iron Mountain expands further, he is also responsible for the implementation of Global HR systems for Asia Pacific. Matt has over 10 years of management experience in both HR and Sales functions. Prior to joining Iron Mountain he worked for well known Healthcare/Pharmaceutical organisations where he specialised in Training & Development, Organisational Development and Sales Management.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science and Diploma of Education from Monash University. He is also an IMP graduate from Melbourne Business School.

Daniel has focussed on business analysis, project management and client solutions since joining Iron Mountain in 2002. He leads a team supporting major Australian clients; ensuring our service solutions meet and exceed their expectations. His staff can engage in client processes and provide a reengineering of their back office to achieve lower cost and improved service. Utilising the full spectrum of Records Management tools such as Active File Management, Imaging, OCR, Secure FTP and data hosting, Daniel's team seek to deliver multi million dollar cost and service benefits for clients. A certified 6 Sigma Black Belt, Daniel applies a wealth of process improvement and change management experience.

His academic achievements include degrees in Chemical Engineering (Honours) and Arts from the University of Melbourne
