Greg Lever
Greg Lever

Greg has been with the company over 19 years, serving in various Australian management positions before taking his current national role. Greg has a high focus on customer service and is responsible for significant operational change whilst creatively pursuing new growth opportunities across all product lines.
Greg has extensive experience in designing and implementing tailored records management solutions for finance, government and health sectors. He has a long standing interest in best practice operations, practical logistics and individual performance management; whether in the client business or within Iron Mountain processes. Greg continues to actively shape and position Iron Mountain Australia as it grows through partnership and innovation with existing and new clients, strategic acquisitions and via organic growth.

Marie Yip

Finance Director, Iron Mountain Asia Pacific


Joining Iron Mountain in May 2006, Marie heads up the IM Asia Pacific Finance function based in Melbourne, Australia, responsible for providing financial support including financial planning & analysis, strategic planning and USGAAP compliance for the expanding region. The experienced team recruited has been instrumental in setting up the Asia Pacific Finance function as well as integrating several acquisitions made since Iron Mountain ventured into this region. Marie is seasoned CFO with over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, company secretarial and corporate treasury, in a diverse range of industries including fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, publishing and automotive.

David Christiansen

David has had a successful career in Sales and Sales Management for over 20 years and joined Iron Mountain in January 2009.
With his international experience across the Middle East, Asia, New Zealand and Australia, David brings with him a broad range of experience including Sales, Operations and General Management working for organisations including DHL, TNT and Dun and Bradstreet. A high energy, results driven leader, David has spent most of his career to date in the business services sector ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through  fundamental process driven sales disciplines. 
In his role, David is responsible for sales in Australia with a focus on the middle market through a large team of sales and account managers.

Phil Turton

Regional HR Manager, Asia Pacific


Phil Turton came to Iron Mountain in January 2009 with more than 20 years of strategic & operational Human Resources experience gained across several diverse industry sectors and organisational cultures such as Unilever, National Foods, Uncle Tobys, Insurance Australia and Visy.
Well credentialed in both senior level generalist & specialist HR roles, Phil has extensive experience across key areas such as Talent management, workforce capability & leadership development; change management; and participative employee relations & Safety.
Career highlights include involvement within organisations achieving international and national awards in areas of Safety, Customer Service, Training, Quality and Employee Relations.
As Iron Mountain expands further, he is also responsible for the implementation of key Global HR practices across Asia Pacific.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce; and Bachelor of Law from UNSW.

John Staines
John Staines
IT Director, Iron Mountain Asia Pacific


John joined Iron Mountain in 2009, bringing with him extensive experience in best practice IT Service Management, Strategy and Implementation, Process Engineering, Services Architecture, Quality Assurance and contemporary product development.
He worked in the 1990’s as a mainframe analyst/ programmer, then transitioned to IT Service Management Consulting and developed his passion for operational and development excellence in Information Technology. During his career he has delivered the rationalisation and restructure to best practice of significant IT Organisations covering Investment, Insurance, Mortgage, Banking and Foreign Exchange IT Services and infrastructure.
John holds a Bachelor of Physics in Applied Science from RMIT, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from Monash University, and ITIL Manager Certificate (ISEB).
