Marc Duale

Marc Duale
President, International

Marc Duale was appointed president, international in September 2008, after overseeing Iron Mountain’s business in Europe for two years. A French native, Duale joined Iron Mountain in May 2006 with more than 25 years of international leadership experience. Prior to Iron Mountain, Duale was the managing director of Reuter's Asia Pacific operations. Before Reuters, Duale served as COO of DHL Worldwide Express' Asia-Pacific and Middle East business, with responsibilities spanning more than 50 countries. He was previously director of DHL's business in Western Europe and North Africa. Duale also brings operational experience in high volume, service-based businesses. At American Express, Duale served in many capacities – in both New York and Paris – including vice president of strategic planning, vice president of marketing and sales, and general manager for corporate cards and travel services. He also spent several years as a business management consultant and project manager for The Boston Consulting Group. Duale's academic achievements include an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Edward D. Prittie

Edward D. Prittie
Senior Vice President Continental Europe

Ted has over 13 years of records management experience, starting with the founding of Docu Guard a central European JV with Iron Mountain that was acquired by the company in 2004. After the acquisition, Ted joined the executive leadership of Iron Mountain Europe in the position of SVP in charge of acquisitions, new market development and joint-ventures and was promoted to his current position managing Continental Iron Mountain Europe (CIME) in August 2007. Prior to his career in records management, Ted was involved in several successful entrepreneurial activities in Central Europe.

Having owned and managed a start up business and a JV with Iron Mountain, Ted is considerably well placed to assist Iron Mountain Europe with its market development through out Europe.


Anne Best

Anne Best
VP Human Resources, Iron Mountain Europe

Anne joined Iron Mountain Europe as VP Human Resources in December 2006. Her recent career was with Exel plc, where during her 10+ years with the group she held a number of senior HR roles including HR Director-Consumer Europe, HR Director-Technology & Global Freight Management EMEA and HR Director-Global Functions. In this last role she worked on the integration of Exel to become part of DHL following the acquisition of Exel by Deutsche Post World Net.

Anne's first career was in shoe retailing where she worked for C&J Clark and moved across into HR. She then held HR roles with Diageo and Scottish & Newcastle before joining Exel in 1995.

She has a BA in History from Kings College London and an MA in Managing Human Resources from Kingston University. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and Member of the IOD.

Anne has lived in Zambia, Sweden and India and lists travelling and learning about different cultures as her main interest, along with keeping fit and food, both cooking and eating.


Rod Day

Rod Day
Chief Financial Officer

Rod joined Iron Mountain Europe in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. His past experience includes senior finance positions at AOL including Director of Financial Control and Planning, VP Finance and Strategy and most latterly CFO for Europe. Prior to AOL Rod held senior roles at Kingfisher plc, including Director of Strategy and Planning for the General Merchandise Division as well as being Group Strategy Manager. In his early career, Rod qualified as an Accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell before moving into consultancy. Rod has a First Class Degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from London Business School.


Eddie Ingram

Eddie Ingram
Vice President, Operations

Eddie joined Iron Mountain as Vice President Operations in June 2007. Prior to Iron Mountain, Eddie held various senior management positions including Regional Director EMEA, Managing Director for German operations and UK Operations Director with Securicor Group plc and was Managing Director UK for a major Records Management company. With over 20 years experience in the records management and security industries, Eddie brings an outstanding track record within a pan-european environment where he drove business growth and performance in BtoB markets.

Eddie has been focusing on developing our Real Estate and Security infrastructures across all European operations and is working towards consistent delivery of operational excellence in each market that IME operates within.

Eddie has an Honours Degree in Business Studies and in his spare time coaches and referees at junior rugby level at his local club and enjoys running, golf and holidaying with his family.


Peter Eglinton

Peter Eglinton
Senior Vice President, UK/Ireland/Norway

Peter Eglinton joined Iron Mountain in March 2009 as SVP UK, Ireland and Norway. Prior to this appointment Peter has had a successful career at Christian Salvesen as the Managing Director of the Transport Division. Before joining Christian Salvesen he had 17 years with Exel in a number of senior sales and operation roles across both Contract Logistics and Freight Forwarding. His last role with the company was as the Southern Regional Director with responsibility for managing all imports and exports by road, air and sea. Whilst with Exel he completed an MBA at Nottingham University. He is married with three sons and enjoys watching and playing sport and coaches a local junior football team.


Nick Jackson

Chief Information Officer

Nick joined Iron Mountain as CIO, Europe in May 2009. Prior to Iron Mountain, he has held various global senior Information Technology management positions including Global IT Director for Blackwell Publishing; Vice President of IT, EMEA & AsiaPacific for John Wiley, a $2bn global publisher and IT Director at Reed Elsevier.

Nick brings over 25 years experience in the IT industry and has led many large global technology programmes. In his early career he was a chief auctioneer at a national car auction company, British Car Auctions.

Nick's holds a B.Ed from the University of London and in his spare time enthusiastically supports Chelsea Football club along with his daughter, son & wife. Other interests include F1 and Rock Music!


Paul Doody

Paul Doody
VP Sales and Marketing Europe

Paul joined Iron Mountain in June of 2010 as VP Sales and Marketing Europe. Prior to this Paul’s career includes over 12 years with Reuters, where he held senior roles including Global Head of Marketing, Sales and Trading Division; Global Head of Sales and Trading Products and Director, Markets Specialist Sales EMEA.

Most recently he was Director, International Sales & Marketing for ERI Bancaire SA, a software provider of an integrated front to back core banking solution. Paul has an MBA from Duke University, plus Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Lehigh University.
