Mr. Greg Lever Greg has been with the company for over 20 years, serving in various Australian management positions before taking his current national role. Greg has a high focus on customer service and is responsible for significant operational change whilst creatively pursuing new growth opportunities across all product lines. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing tailored records management solutions for finance, government and health sectors. He has a long-standing interest in best practice operations, practical logistics and individual performance management; whether in the client business or within Iron Mountain processes. Greg continues to actively shape and position Iron Mountain Australia as it grows through partnership and innovation with existing and new clients, strategic acquisitions and via organic growth. Greg is an ISO 9002 Quality Auditor, professional member of the RMAA, and a qualified accountant. |

Mr. John Staines John joined Iron Mountain in 2009, bringing with him extensive experience in best practice IT service management, strategy and implementation, process engineering, services architecture, quality assurance, and contemporary product development. He worked as a mainframe analyst / programmer, then transitioned to IT service management consulting where he developed his passion for operation and development excellence in information technology. During his career he has delivered the rationalisation and restructure to best practice of significant IT organisations covering investment, insurance, mortgage, banking and foreign exchange IT services, and infrastructure. John holds a Bachelor of Physics in Applied Science from RMIT, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from Monash University, and ITIL Manager Certificate (ISEB). |

Mr. Macgregor Thompson Mac has been involved in information management for over 15 years. Prior to this, he graduated from Duntroon and the Australian Defence Force Academy and spent ten years as an Australian Army Officer. On leaving the Army, he ran the risk management and security for a PNG gold mine and later an armoured car company. In 1997 he founded DigiGuard to provide IT risk management consulting and data storage. The business grew from green fields to employing 11 staff in Sydney and Melbourne and providing services to around 100 top Australian private and public companies. As a result of the trade sale to Iron Mountain in 2006, Mac became the General Manager of Data Protection and Digital Services for Australia and New Zealand. The business today spans both physical and digital data storage and recovery. |

Mr. Wes Gleeson Wes has six years of senior management experience in the information management industry, including both operational line management and general management. He also brings 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, including senior roles in areas such as risk management and compliance, corporate services, funding and business development, operations management, as well as projects and change management. Wes demonstrates extensive capabilities in operational management, service delivery, and client account management. He is an ISO 9002 trained quality auditor and a member of the Records and Information Management Professionals of Australasia. |

Mr. Daniel Warren-Smith Daniel re-joined Iron Mountain in February 2011 to head up Iron Mountain’s Imaging and BPO business in Australia. Daniel has over 10 years of experience in document management and business process outsourcing across project management, account management, sales management, and strategic business development roles, and has worked with organisations including Fosters, General Electric, and Fuji Xerox. He has a passion for driving business growth, and an insatiable desire to understand and optimise the flow of information through organisations. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical, Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is a certified 6 sigma Black Belt. |

Mr. Rob Nedanovski Rob has 11 years of records management experience, including two years of working closely with tier 1 banks on lending solutions. With a background in operations, training (including a Cert 4 in Workplace Assessment and Training), and IT, he has a strong customer focus and highly effective management skills. Rob is also credited with designing and deploying a quality management system for Iron Mountain. He is also an ISO 9002 trained Quality Auditor. |

Ms. Johanna Platt Johanna Platt joined Iron Mountain as Commercial Director for the Australian and SEA Businesses in September 2011. Prior to Iron Mountain Johanna held Senior Finance positions at Kraft Foods, Cadbury, Western Mining and Mayne Logistics including General Manager of FP&A, Head of Sales Finance and Strategic Planning Manager. Johanna has a First Class Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. Outside of work Johanna enjoys cycling , hiking and checking out the latest new things at galleries and the theatre. |

Ms. Rachel Laverick Rachel Laverick joined Iron Mountain in January 2011 bringing with her more than 15 years of strategic and operational human resources experience gained across several diverse industry sectors and organisational cultures including Coca Cola Amatil, AAMI, Victoria Police, Royal Victorian Institute for the Blind and News Limited. Well credentialed in both senior level generalist and specialist HR roles, Rachel has extensive experience across key areas such as leadership development, change management, talent management, workforce capability and participative employee relations. Career highlights include involvement within organisations to achieve transformation into a sustainable workplace environment through raising awareness to promote and embed cultural change underpinned by the learning of new behaviours, expansive communication and accountable leadership. Rachel is motivated by her drive to contribute to overall business success through strategy alignment with a systematic, yet innovative approach to the management of people & processes within an organisation. She has a BBus, Dip HR and working towards completing a MA. Rachel is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach. |
